Terms of Service

Who can use LoreChat. You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm this.

What LoreChat is. A tool for interactive fiction with AI models. Characters are fictional. Replies are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise not what you asked for.

Your content. You keep the rights to cards and messages you upload. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. Only upload cards you have the right to use.

What you may not do. Use LoreChat for anything illegal where you live; create or request sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor; depict real people without their consent in sexual or defamatory scenarios; harass others; attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or share your account.

Limits. The beta has a daily reply budget per account. We may change limits, models, or features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No warranty. LoreChat is provided as is, during a beta. We are not liable for lost chats or for content generated by models.

Ending your account. You can delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time.
